Ingredients:
30ml Kingsbury gin
10ml lemon
5ml sugar
Fizz of your choice, for topping up.
Optional: 2 drops frothing agent
Method: Mix the gin, sugar and lemon juice in a flute and top with
chilled bubbly champagne or Prosecco.
