Inspired by a place where the name itself denotes a royal residence, a king’s fort, Kingsbury London Dry gin signifies finesse and class. A premium quality distillate with a refined botanical essence. The royal blue color and the crown symbol express the noble personality of the brand and convey reliability and trustworthiness.

Handpicked, selected juniper berries and coriander seeds are macerated in water alcohol mixture a specific time in special vessels.

After a minimum of 48 hours, the columns stills are gently heated. The neutral base spirit 100% grain origin, that has already been distilled to over 96% ABV, is (re)distilled with the botanical infused spirit 75% ABV, then it is watered down to a strenght of 40%.

During this process, that takes about 8 hours, different botanicals release their flavors at different times.

The resulting liquid contains no artificial ingredients, no added sugar, and does not have any flavors or color added after distillation, and no allergens.

Kingsbury London Dry gin requires the Master Distiller to achieve the full balance of botanical flavors in the distillation without further enhancing the flavors later on.

The flavors of juniper, citrus and other botanicals come across at different stages of distillation. It is the skill and judgement of the distiller to decide when he or she will make the cut to ensure that only desirable flavors are collected for the final gin.
